From Dungloe, drive west; the road will pass through Maghery, where it turns south along the Mullaghmullan Peninsula towards the arch. The road narrows considerably. There is no official car park, only a short pull-in on the roadside. Parking is free but limited. From the pull-in, the arch is accessed via an unmarked grassy lane.

If parking in Maghery, walk along the road until you see a small sign marking the trail entrance. Hop over the fence at the sign and follow the unmarked trail towards the cliff.
