From Letterkenny, take the N56 road towards Donegal town. Continue on the N56 until you reach the R250 junction. Turn left onto the R250 and follow it for about 10 km. Look for signs to Drumboghill, and take the turn onto a local road leading to Doon Fortress. There is limited parking available near the entrance.
