The farm primarily raises blackhead horned sheep, a breed well-suited to the harsh Connemara winters.Killary Sheep Farm is open to visitors year-round, weather permitting, and it is recommended to call in advance to book a tour. The farm provides outdoor footwear and rainwear. Private tours are available for a more personalized experience.
