Car
If driving from Tralee, take the N21 road southwest towards Listowel. After about 20 kilometers, turn onto the N69 towards Tarbert. Continue on the N69 for approximately 15 kilometers, then turn left onto the R551 towards Ballyeagh. Follow the R551 for about 6 kilometers until you reach Clahane Cross. At Clahane Cross, follow the signs to Cashen Beach, which is a short drive away. Parking is available near the beach.
Public Transport
To reach Cashen Beach via public transport, take a bus from Tralee to Listowel. Bus Eireann operates services between these towns. Upon arriving in Listowel, transfer to a local bus service heading to Ballybunion. From Ballybunion, you can walk (approximately 45 minutes) or take a taxi to Cashen Beach, roughly 4 kilometers away. Check bus schedules in advance due to varying service frequencies. A taxi from Ballybunion to Cashen Beach will cost approximately €10-€15.
