Walking
If you are in the center of Tralee, start at the Tralee Town Park. Head south on Denny Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the N70, which is also known as the Tralee-Killarney Road. Continue walking on this road for about 30-40 minutes. You will pass by some shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for bus stops in case you want to take a bus instead. After approximately 2.5 km, you will reach Killarney. Once in Killarney, follow the signs towards New Street. St. Mary's Cathedral will be on your right shortly after you enter the New Street area.

From Tralee, you can catch a bus to Killarney from the Tralee Bus Station located on Edward Street. Look for the Bus Éireann service that goes to Killarney. The journey typically takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Killarney Bus Station, exit and walk straight towards the town center. Continue onto College Street and then turn right onto New Street. St. Mary's Cathedral will be located on your right as you walk down New Street.
