Car
If you're driving, head towards Castlebar town. From the N5, take the exit towards Castlebar. Follow the signs for the town center. Once in Castlebar, navigate to Springfield, Gorteendrunagh. Use the GPS coordinates 53.8581, -9.2919 or enter the address 1 Springfield, Gorteendrunagh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 XD77 into your navigation device. Parking is available near the start of the Greenway.
Public Transportation
To reach Castlebar Greenway using public transport, first take a bus or a train to Castlebar. If traveling by bus, check the Bus Éireann website for schedules from your location. Upon arriving at Castlebar Bus Station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. From the town center, you can either walk to the Greenway, which is approximately a 20-minute walk, or take a local taxi for a short ride to 1 Springfield, Gorteendrunagh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 XD77. Taxi fares may vary but expect to pay around €5-€10.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Castlebar.
