Once on the M3, stay on it until you reach the junction for the M50 motorway. Merge onto the M50 heading northbound. After about 10 km, take the exit for the N1 towards Dublin City Centre. Follow the N1 and continue straight until you reach Abbey Street Lower. The Abbey Theatre will be on your left at 26/27 Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1.
