If you're traveling by car, start from Roscommon town center. Head southwest on Main Street (N61) and continue for about 2 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Castle Street. Continue straight, and after approximately 1 kilometer, take a slight left onto the R364. Follow the R364 for another 1.5 kilometers, and you will see signs for Roscommon Friary on your left. There is a small parking area available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Roscommon town to Ballypheasan. Bus service operates regularly, but check the local schedule for exact times. Once you arrive in Ballypheasan, the Roscommon Friary is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Walk northwest on the R364 for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Friary on your right. Ensure to check for the latest bus timetables as they can change.
