If you are driving, head towards Riverstown in County Sligo. From Sligo town, take the N4 road towards Dublin. After approximately 18 km, take the exit for the R284 towards Riverstown. Follow the R284 for about 5 km until you reach Riverstown. Once in the village, look for signs directing you to Cooperhill. The Sligo Folk Park is located at Millview House, Cooperhill, Riverstown, Co. Sligo, F52 TX06. There is parking available on-site.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Sligo town to Riverstown. Bus Eireann operates services that connect Sligo to Riverstown. Check the schedule for the most current times. Upon arriving in Riverstown, you may need to walk or take a local taxi to Millview House, Cooperhill, as public transport may not go directly to the Folk Park. Expect a short walk of about 1.5 km from the bus stop to the park.
