If you are driving from Clonmel, take the N24 road towards Limerick. Continue on the N24 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with the M7 motorway. Once you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the city center and look for parking near Arthur's Quay Shopping Centre. The Paddywagon Tours is located in Unit 13 of the shopping centre on Patrick St.
