If you are traveling by car, start by navigating towards Roscrea town center. From the N62, take the exit for Roscrea, and then follow the signs for Abbey Street (Abbey St). Once you enter Abbey Street, continue straight until you reach the Roscrea Abbey, which will be on your left. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.
Public Transportation
For travelers using public transportation, take a bus to Roscrea from major towns in County Tipperary such as Nenagh or Thurles. Once you arrive at the Roscrea Bus Station, which is centrally located, you can either walk to Roscrea Abbey or catch a local taxi. The Abbey is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. To walk, head south on Main Street and then turn left onto Abbey Street; the Abbey will be on your left.
