From Waterford City, head south on the N25 towards Rosslare. After approximately 10 km, take the exit for the R684 towards Stradbally. Follow the R684 for about 5 km until you reach a junction. Turn left onto the R675 and continue for about 3 km. Look for signs for Stradbally Cove, which is located just off the coastline. There is parking available near the cove.

From Waterford City, take Bus Éireann route 360 towards Dungarvan. Disembark at the stop for Stradbally Village (approximately 30 minutes). From the village, it is about a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) to Stradbally Cove. Head towards the coast, following the signs for the cove.
