Walking
From the center of Drogheda, head south on West Street towards the River Boyne. Continue walking until you reach the bridge (Drogheda Bridge). Cross the bridge and follow the road straight ahead onto the R132. After about 1 mile, turn right onto the N51. Continue for approximately 15 miles, following signs for Dublin. Once you reach Dublin, keep an eye out for Fitzwilliam Place on your left, which is where Fitzwilliam Square is located. The square is at 2 Fitzwilliam Pl, Dublin, D02 K227.
Bus
From Drogheda's bus station (located on the Dublin Road), take a bus towards Dublin City Centre. Buses such as the 100 or the 101 operate frequently. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes, then disembark at the stop for O'Connell Street. From there, walk towards the Royal Irish Academy, and turn left onto Dawson Street. Continue straight until you reach Fitzwilliam Place. The square will be on your right, at 2 Fitzwilliam Pl, Dublin, D02 K227.
Train
Walk to Drogheda Train Station, which is on the north side of the River Boyne. Board a train heading towards Dublin Connolly Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Dublin Connolly Station, exit the station and walk towards O'Connell Street. From O'Connell Street, head towards Dawson Street and Fitzwilliam Place. Fitzwilliam Square will be located at 2 Fitzwilliam Pl, Dublin, D02 K227, just a short walk away.
