    From Drogheda, walk to the Drogheda Bus Station located at 1-2, Railway Street, Drogheda. Take the Bus Éireann route 109 towards Trim. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Trim, disembark at the stop near Trim Castle. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the castle itself, which is located at Manorland (1st Division).

    Walk to Drogheda Train Station, located at Station Road. Board a train on the Dublin to Belfast line heading towards Dublin. Get off at the next stop, which is Laytown. From Laytown, walk to the Laytown Bus Stop and take a bus heading to Trim. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Trim, walk 5 minutes to Trim Castle located at Manorland (1st Division).

    If you're feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can take a scenic walk to Trim Castle. Start from the center of Drogheda and head southwest towards the Boyne River. Follow the riverbank towards the west, and continue walking along the river trail which leads to Trim.
