From Dublin city center, head to the Pearse Station, which is located on Pearse Street. You can reach it by taking the Luas tram to the Abbey Street stop and walking a short distance to the station. Purchase a ticket for the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) towards Greystones. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride along the coast for about 30 minutes until you reach Dalkey Station. Upon exiting the station, walk straight down Castle Street until you reach the seafront. From there, you can catch a ferry to Dalkey Island during the appropriate operating hours.
