If you are near O'Connell Street, you can catch a bus from any of the bus stops along the street. Look for buses that have 'O'Connell Street' as their destination. The GPO Museum is located directly on O'Connell Street Lower. Simply get off at the nearest stop to the GPO, and you will see the museum's entrance just a short walk away.
DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)
If you are near a DART station, take the train towards the city center and alight at Tara Street Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards O'Connell Street. You can either walk straight up to O'Connell Bridge and cross it, then turn left onto O'Connell Street Lower. The GPO Museum will be on your left side.

It is located at O'Connell Street Lower, and the museum entrance is right at the front of the building.
