If you are near Dublin city center, head to the Pearse Station. Take the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) towards Bray. Stay on the train for about 25 minutes and get off at the Dún Laoghaire Station. Once you exit the station, turn right onto Victoria Road and continue walking until you reach the seafront. Follow the seafront promenade towards the east for about 15 minutes, and you will arrive at Sandycove Point and the Joyce Tower Museum.

From O'Connell Street in Dublin, take Dublin Bus route 7 or 7a towards Dún Laoghaire. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the Dún Laoghaire, Marine Road stop. From there, walk towards the seafront and turn left. Continue walking along the coast for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Sandycove Point and the Joyce Tower Museum.
