Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the city center, start at O'Connell Street. Walk south towards the River Liffey and cross the O'Connell Bridge. Once across the bridge, turn right onto the Quays. Continue walking along the riverbank, and you will see Wellington Quay. Merchant's Arch is located at 48-49 Wellington Quay, right next to the iconic Temple Bar area.

• Bus

  Find a bus stop that services routes towards the city center. You can catch buses such as the 25, 26, or 42. Ask for a stop near Temple Bar or Wellington Quay. Once you get off, walk towards the river and look for Wellington Quay. Merchant's Arch is located at 48-49 Wellington Quay.

• Tram (LUAS)

  Take the LUAS tram (Green Line) to the 'Dawson' stop. From there, walk down Dawson Street until you reach the junction with Nassau Street. Turn left onto Nassau Street and continue until you reach the River Liffey. Cross the river on O'Connell Bridge, then turn right onto the Quays. Continue walking along the river until you reach Wellington Quay, where Merchant's Arch is located at 48-49 Wellington Quay.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi or a rideshare service like Uber. Simply input 'Merchant's Arch, 48-49 Wellington Quay, Dublin' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance.

• Bicycle

  If you are comfortable biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of Dublin's bike-sharing services. Head towards the River Liffey and follow the cycling paths along the Quays. When you reach Wellington Quay, park your bike nearby and Merchant's Arch will be right in front of you at 48-49 Wellington Quay.
