Walking
If you're starting from O'Connell Street, walk north towards the River Liffey. Cross the river using the O'Connell Bridge. Once you reach the northern bank, turn left on to Abbey Street and continue straight. This street will become Parnell Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Granby Row. Here, turn right onto Granby Row. Continue walking until you reach Mountjoy Square. The park will be on your left, with entrance points at various spots around the square.

If you prefer taking public transport, you can catch the bus from O'Connell Street. Look for the bus stops on the street and take the bus number 46A or 83, which heads towards the north side.
