If you are in Dublin city center, head towards O'Connell Bridge and cross the River Liffey. Once you are on the south side of the river, walk straight along Westmoreland Street, which becomes Fleet Street. Continue until you reach the junction with Aston Quay, then turn left. Follow the quay until you reach the end of the street, then take a right onto Sir John Rogerson's Quay. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Grand Canal Dock, where the Diving Bell is located.

To get to Grand Canal Dock by bus, find the nearest bus stop serving routes towards the south side of the River Liffey. Take any bus that has a stop at 'Grand Canal Dock', such as the 145 or 46A. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Grand Canal Dock stop, and you will walk just a couple of minutes to reach the Diving Bell.
