Walking
If you are in the city center, start at O'Connell Street. Walk south towards the River Liffey, passing the iconic O'Connell Bridge. Once you reach the river, turn left (east) and walk along the riverbank. Continue walking until you reach the Ha'penny Bridge, a famous pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight towards Temple Bar. When you reach Temple Bar, follow the signs towards the Dublin Docklands. Continue walking along the river, passing the Custom House on your right. As you approach the Dublin Docklands area, look for City Quay on your left. The Linesman is located on City Quay, near the waterfront.
Public Transport (Bus)
From O'Connell Street, take Bus 151 from the bus stop near the Abbey Street junction. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the 'Custom House Quay' stop. Once you get off, walk east along Custom House Quay until you reach the junction with City Quay. Turn left onto City Quay, and you will find The Linesman nearby on your right.
Public Transport (LUAS)
From the city center, head to the nearest LUAS stop, which could be Abbey Street (for the LUAS Red Line). Take the LUAS towards Tallaght or Saggart and get off at the 'Jervis' stop. Transfer to Bus 77 or 151 at the nearby bus stop and travel towards the Dublin Docklands. Get off at 'Custom House Quay' and walk east along Custom House Quay to City Quay, turning left to find The Linesman.
