Bus
From Galway city center, head to the Bus Éireann station located at 11-12 Eyre Square. Take the bus number 424 towards Clogher. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Clogher stop. Once you arrive in Clogher, follow the signs towards Pigeon Hole Cave, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are already in Clogher, head east towards the main road. Turn left onto the N59 road. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see signs directing you to Pigeon Hole Cave. The cave is located a short distance off the main road, so follow the path leading towards it.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle in Galway city. Once you have your bike, head towards the N59 road. Cycle for approximately 8 kilometers along the N59, following signs towards Clogher. After reaching Clogher, look for the signs to Pigeon Hole Cave, which will lead you off the main road onto a scenic path.
