From Giant's Causeway, head southeast on the A2 road towards Coleraine. Continue on the A2 for approximately 12 miles (20 km). Once you reach the outskirts of Coleraine, follow signs for Castlerock by turning left onto the B68. After about 4 miles (6.4 km), you will arrive at Castlerock. The beach is located at 4 Sea Rd, Castlerock, Coleraine BT51 4RE. There is parking available near the beach, though fees may apply depending on the time of year.

To reach Castlerock Beach via public transport, start from the Giant's Causeway visitor center. Take the bus service (Translink's Ulsterbus) towards Coleraine. Buses regularly run from the nearby bus stop, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Coleraine, transfer to the train at Coleraine Train Station. Board a train towards Derry/Londonderry and get off at Castlerock Station. From the station, it is a short 10-minute walk to Castlerock Beach via Sea Road.
