Car
From Glendalough, take the R756 road heading north towards Laragh. After approximately 4.6 km, turn right onto the R115. Continue on this road for about 17 km until you reach the roundabout at Kilmacanogue. Take the second exit onto the N11, following signs for Dublin. After about 20 km, take the exit for the N4 towards Dublin City Centre. Merge onto the N4 and continue straight for about 5 km. As you approach the city, follow signs for the city center and take the exit towards St Stephen's Green. Continue straight, and you will find parking near the park area. The Iveagh Gardens is located at St Stephen's Green, Park, Dublin 2, which is just a short walk from the parking facilities.

From Glendalough, you can take a bus to Dublin City Centre. Board the 183 bus from the Glendalough bus stop heading towards Dublin City. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the bus stop at O'Connell Street, which is near the city center. From there, you can either walk or take a connecting bus. If you choose to walk, head towards the south, following O'Connell Street, and then turn left onto Suffolk Street. Continue straight until you reach St Stephen's Green. The Iveagh Gardens is located within St Stephen's Green, just a short walk from the main entrance.
