Car
From the center of Glendalough, head south on the R756 road. Continue on R756 for about 8 kilometers until you reach the junction with the R775. Turn left onto R775 and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You'll reach the roundabout at the end of R775; take the second exit onto the N11. After a short distance, take the exit for Shankill and turn left onto Rathmichael Road. Follow Rathmichael Road until you see Puck's Castle Lane on your left. Turn left onto Puck's Castle Lane and follow it for about 1 kilometer to reach Rathmichael Wood, located at Woodside.
Public Transportation
From Glendalough, take the local bus service towards Dublin. Get off at the stop for Shankill Village. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Rathmichael Wood. If walking, head southeast on Shankill Road towards the coast, then take a left onto Rathmichael Road. Continue straight until you reach Puck's Castle Lane, then turn left. Rathmichael Wood will be approximately 1 kilometer down Puck's Castle Lane.
