Car
From Glendalough, head northwest on the R756 road. Continue on the R756 until you reach the R755 intersection. Turn right onto the R755 and follow it until you merge onto the N81 road. Continue on the N81 until you reach the M50 motorway. Merge onto the M50 heading northbound. Take exit 11 towards N4/Dublin City Centre. Follow the signs for the city center and continue on the N4. When you reach the city center, follow signs for Temple Bar. Temple Bar Square is located at 13 Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Parking is limited in the area, so you may need to use a public parking facility or street parking, which may incur costs.

From Glendalough, you can take a bus to Dublin. The closest bus stop is at the Glendalough Visitor Centre. Look for the bus service operated by St. Kevin's Bus that goes to Dublin. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Dublin, you can take a local bus or walk to Temple Bar Square. If you choose to walk, head towards Dame Street, then follow the signs to Temple Bar. The total cost of the bus ticket is around €12.
