If you are in Kilkenny city center, start at the Kilkenny Castle. Head south on The Parade towards the river, and cross the bridge. Continue straight on the Castlecomer Road (R694). After about 1.5 km, you will see signposts directing you to Jerpoint Church. Follow the signs for another 1 km until you reach Jerpoint Church, which will be on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 km and will take around 30-35 minutes.

To reach Jerpoint Church by bus, start at the Kilkenny Bus Station located on Greensbridge Road. Take the bus service that goes towards Thomastown (check the local bus schedule for specific times). Get off at the stop for Jerpoint Church, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes to reach the Jerpoint Church entrance.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Kilkenny city. Start from the city center, head south on The Parade, and make your way towards Castlecomer Road (R694). Follow the same route as if walking. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes depending on your pace, and the distance is approximately 2.5 km.
