Cross the river via the bridge and continue on the path along the riverbank. This will lead you to the train station. From the train station, take a train to Waterford. Once you arrive at Waterford station, exit the station and walk south on the Station Road towards the Quay. Continue straight until you reach Meagher's Quay. The Clock Tower will be visible on your left.
