From Killarney town center, head to the Killarney Bus Station located on Beech Road. Catch the Bus Éireann route that heads towards Kenmare. The journey to Kenmare takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Kenmare, disembark at the Kenmare Bus Stop.

After getting off the bus at the Kenmare Bus Stop, walk towards the main street, Henry Street. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction with the R569 (Tralee Road). Turn left onto R569 and keep walking. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Gleninchaquin Park. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Gleninchaquin Park.
