Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the town center of Killarney, head southwest on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with New Street. Turn left onto New Street and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Muckross Road. Continue on Muckross Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Ross Golf Course on your right. Turn onto Ross Road and continue straight for about 500 meters. The Killarney Racecourse will be on your left.

You can take the local bus service from Killarney town center to the Killarney Racecourse. Look for the bus stop near the Church of the Immaculate Conception on High Street. Board the bus that is heading towards Muckross. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop for Ross Road. From the bus stop, walk straight down Ross Road for approximately 10 minutes, and the Killarney Racecourse will be on your left.
