Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Ladies' View; they will drop you at the nearest stop. The viewpoint is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Killarney Town Centre. Head south on Main Street towards the National Park. Continue straight until you reach Muckross Road. Take a left onto Muckross Road, which will lead you into Killarney National Park. Follow the signs towards Ladies' View. It's approximately a 5-mile walk and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, but the views along the way are stunning.
