Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Killarney Town Centre, head south on Main Street (N22) towards East Avenue Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the Muckross Road (N71) and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. You'll reach a fork in the road; keep to the left to stay on the N71. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you see signs for Releagh. The Molly Gallivans Visitor Centre will be on your left, just after you pass some local farms.

  • Bus

    From Killarney Town Centre, walk to the bus stop at the Killarney Bus Station. Take the bus towards Tralee (Route 40, 14, or similar). Ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Releagh. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off at the Releagh stop, walk back about 100 meters, and you will see the Molly Gallivans Visitor Centre on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Killarney. Start from the town centre and head south along Main Street (N22). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Muckross Road (N71). Cycle for about 2 kilometers, keeping left at the fork. After about 2 kilometers on the N71, look for the signs for Releagh, and the Molly Gallivans Visitor Centre will be on your left.
