From the center of Killarney, head southwest on Main Street (N71) towards the Killarney National Park. You will pass through beautiful woodlands and scenic views. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach Muckross House. From Muckross House, Muckross Abbey is a short walk away. Follow the signs for Muckross Abbey, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the house.
