From Killarney, head to the Killarney Bus Station located at East Avenue Road. Take the Bus Éireann Route 40 towards Kenmare. The bus will take you through beautiful landscapes. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the stop for Kenmare. From the Kenmare bus station, you can catch a local taxi or, if available, a rideshare service to reach the Wild Atlantic Way Discovery Point at Kilmackillogue. It's approximately 15 minutes away by taxi.

Start your journey at Killarney town center. Walk to the Killarney Bus Station on East Avenue Road. Board Bus Éireann Route 40 towards Kenmare. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Kenmare. From Kenmare, you can explore local options for taxis to reach the Wild Atlantic Way Discovery Point at Kilmackillogue, which is about a 15-minute drive from Kenmare.

Bicycle
If you are up for a cycling adventure, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Killarney. Start from the Killarney town center and cycle towards the R569 road. Follow the R569 until you reach the junction with R573, then turn left onto R573. Continue cycling until you reach the Wild Atlantic Way Discovery Point at Kilmackillogue. The journey is scenic but be prepared for some uphill sections. It should take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your cycling pace.
