    To reach Blackrock Castle Observatory from Kinsale, start by heading to the Kinsale Tourist Office located on the Pier Road (just a short walk from Main Street). From there, head towards the bus stop at the Kinsale Bus Station. Take the Bus Eireann service towards Cork City. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cork City bus station, exit the station and head towards St. Patrick's Street. Walk east until you reach Grand Parade, then continue straight onto Washington Street. Follow the road until you reach the junction with Castle Street, where you will take a right turn. Continue on Castle Street until you reach the junction with Castle Road. Turn left onto Castle Road, and after a short walk, you will see Blackrock Castle Observatory on your right.

    Taxi

    If you prefer a quicker option to get to Blackrock Castle Observatory, you can take a taxi from Kinsale. You can find taxis near the Kinsale Tourist Office or call a local taxi service. Inform the driver that you want to go to Blackrock Castle Observatory on Castle Road in Cork. The journey will take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
