Walking
From the center of Kinsale, head towards the Kinsale Harbour. Walk along the waterfront promenade towards the direction of the Charles Fort. Continue along the path until you reach the main road, R600. At the junction, turn left onto R600 and follow the signs towards Cobh. After about 2.5 km, you will arrive at the town of Cobh. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork, which will lead you towards Kilgarvan. East Beach will be a short distance ahead on your left.
Public Transport
From Kinsale, walk to the bus stop located near the center of town on the R600. Take the Bus Éireann route towards Cobh (check the bus schedule for times). The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Cobh, disembark at the bus station. From there, head east along the waterfront until you reach the fork in the road, then take the left fork towards Kilgarvan. East Beach will be a short distance ahead on your left.
