    Start at the Kinsale town center near the Kinsale Tourist Information Centre. Head northeast on Main Street towards the junction with Market Street. Continue straight onto Market Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the R600 road. Follow the R600 for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Cork City along the way. Once you reach Cork, continue on the R600 until you see a sign for Barrack Street. Turn left onto Barrack Street and walk straight for about 500 meters. Elizabeth Fort will be on your right.

    From Kinsale, head to the nearest bus stop located on the main road outside the town center. Catch the Bus Éireann service heading towards Cork City. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Cork, disembark at the Patrick Street stop. From there, walk towards the Lough area by taking the first left onto Oliver Plunkett Street. Continue straight and turn left onto Barrack Street. Elizabeth Fort will be approximately a 15-minute walk from there, located on your left.
