Walking
From the center of Kinsale, start at the Kinsale Tourist Information Centre located on Main Street. Head southwest on Main Street towards the junction with the R600 road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the R600, which is signposted for Cork. Follow this road for approximately 10 kilometers. Upon reaching the outskirts of Cork, you will see signs for Fitzgerald Park. Look for Mardyke on your left-hand side, and continue straight until you reach the entrance of Fitzgerald Park.

Bus
From Kinsale, walk to the bus stop located on Main Street near the Kinsale Hotel and Spa. Take the Bus Éireann service number 226 towards Cork City. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Cork City, get off at the stop nearest to Patrick Street. From there, walk towards the River Lee, and continue along the riverbank until you reach the entrance to Fitzgerald Park, located in Mardyke.
