Bus
From Kinsale, head to the local bus stop at Kinsale Town Hall. Take Bus Route 226 towards Clonakilty. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Timoleague, which is called 'Timoleague Village.' Once you exit the bus, walk straight for about 5 minutes on Abbey St, and you will reach Timoleague Friary, which will be on your left.

If you prefer to walk from Kinsale, start at the Kinsale Market Square and head southwest on Main Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) until you reach the junction with the R600 road. Cross over to the opposite side and follow the R600 towards Timoleague for another 1.5 miles (2.4 km). When you reach Timoleague, turn left onto Abbey St, and you'll see the Friary shortly on your left.
