From Mizen Head, head southwest on the R591 road. Continue to follow the R591 for approximately 15 kilometers. As you approach the town of Schull, follow the signs for Barley Cove Beach. At the fork, keep right to stay on the R591, then turn left onto the R592. Follow this road until you reach Barley Cove Beach. There is a parking area available near the beach, and parking is generally free, but check local signage for any specific requirements.
