From Mizen Head, head northwest on the R591 road. Continue on the R591 for approximately 15 km. You will pass through the small town of Goleen. After Goleen, keep following the signs for Ballynaule. Look for signs directing you to White Strand. The beach will be on your right after approximately 2 km from Goleen. There is a small parking area where you can leave your car.

From Goleen, you may need to walk approximately 2 km to reach White Strand. Follow the signs towards Ballynaule, and you will find White Strand on your right. Be aware that walking from Goleen may take about 30-40 minutes.
