If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Killarney, which is a central location in the Ring of Kerry. Head west on the N72 towards Killorglin. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit onto the N70 towards Tralee. Continue on the N70 for about 25 kilometers until you reach the junction for the R558 towards Ballyseedy. Follow the R558 for about 3 kilometers, and you will find the entrance to Ballyseedy Woods on your right. There is no parking fee at the woods.

Once you arrive at Tralee, you will need to take a taxi or a local bus to reach Ballyseedy Woods, which is approximately 6 kilometers away from Tralee town center.
