From Salthill Promenade, start at the main entrance near the beach. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of Galway City. Continue on the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see the intersection with the main road, Seapoint Promenade. Turn left onto Seapoint Promenade and continue walking straight until you reach the junction with the Lower Salthill Road. Here, you can either continue walking straight or take the bus, if preferred.

If you prefer to take the bus, from the same intersection at Lower Salthill Road, look for the bus stop for Bus Route 404 towards Galway City. Board the bus and travel for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Terryland' which is near the city center. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards Terryland Castle, which is located a few minutes away on foot.

If you are walking from the bus stop at 'Terryland', head southeast towards the direction of the castle. You will need to walk straight along the main road, and you should see signs directing you towards Terryland Castle.
