Walking
If you are in Salthill, start by heading towards the Promenade along the seafront. Walk along the Promenade until you reach the end, which will lead you to the main road, 'Promenade'. Once you reach the main road, turn right and continue walking until you reach the junction with 'The Claddagh'. At this junction, you will see signs for Galway city center. Continue straight on this road, and after a short walk, you will see 'Eyre Square' on your left. The Browne Doorway is located within Eyre Square.

From Salthill, you can catch a bus to Galway city center. Look for the bus stops along 'Promenade' where you can find buses that go directly to 'Eyre Square'. The bus number 401 is a commonly used route. Once you get on the bus, ride for about 10-15 minutes until the bus stops at 'Eyre Square'. After disembarking, you will see 'Eyre Square' directly in front of you. The Browne Doorway is located within the square.
