From Salthill Promenade, head towards the main road (Western Road) and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the crossroad at the intersection with the R336. Turn right onto R336, and keep walking. After a while, you will reach a bus stop. Catch a bus heading towards Ballyryan, Co. Clare. Once you arrive at the Ballyryan stop, the Burren will be within walking distance. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions.

From Salthill, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Western Road. Take a bus that goes to Ennis or any bus heading towards County Clare. Make sure to check if it stops at Ballyryan. Once you arrive at the Ballyryan stop, walk in the direction indicated by signs or ask a local for directions to The Burren.
