Walking
If you are starting from the Salthill Promenade, walk towards the beach and follow the path along the sea. Continue walking westward for about 15 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, turn left onto the main road, R336. Keep walking straight for a few minutes until you see the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit, continuing on the R336. After a short walk, you will see the Liam Mellows Statue on your right, located in the small park area.

If you are near the Salthill Park, head towards the main road (R336) and walk towards the direction of the Promenade. When you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking. Follow the road for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout and keep walking. The Liam Mellows Statue will be on your right-hand side in a small park.

For those starting from the Salthill Village area, head towards the R336 road. Walk straight down the main street until you reach the intersection with the Promenade. Turn right onto the promenade, and walk along the sea for about 10 minutes. After you reach the end of the promenade, turn left at the roundabout. The statue will be a short walk ahead on your right.
