If you are starting from the Salthill Promenade, walk towards the beach and follow the path along the sea. Continue walking westward for about 15 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, turn left onto the main road, R336. Keep walking straight for a few minutes until you see the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit, continuing on the R336. After a short walk, you will see the Liam Mellows Statue on your right, located in the small park area.
