Walking
If you're starting at the Salthill Promenade, head west along the seafront. Enjoy the scenic views of Galway Bay as you walk. After approximately 15 minutes, you'll reach the end of the Promenade. At the end, turn left onto the main road (R336) and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you come to a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the R336, then take the first left onto Toft Park Road. Follow this road for another 5 minutes, and Toft Park will be on your right. Look for the park entrance, which is marked with signs.

From Salthill, you can catch a bus heading towards Galway city center. Board any bus that goes towards Eyre Square. Once you arrive at Eyre Square, transfer to bus number 404 or 409. These buses will take you closer to Toft Park. Get off at the nearest stop to Toft Park, which is on the R336. After disembarking, walk approximately 5 minutes down Toft Park Road, and you will reach the park entrance.
