Car

If you are traveling by car from the main Slieve League Cliffs parking area, head south on the N56 road. After approximately 9 kilometers, you will see a sign for Glenlough Bay. Turn left onto the R263 road and continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach a small parking area near the trailhead to Glenlough Bay. Note that the roads can be narrow and winding, so drive cautiously.

Public Transportation

From the nearest bus stop in Carrick, take a local bus that operates towards Killybegs. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited. Once you arrive at Killybegs, you will need to take a taxi or arrange a local shuttle to get to Glenlough Bay, which is about 15 kilometers away. Confirm the taxi fare with the driver before starting your journey.

Hiking

For those who enjoy hiking, you can also reach Glenlough Bay via a scenic walking trail. Starting from the Slieve League Cliffs viewing area, follow the marked trails that lead towards the coast.
