After approximately 12 km, you will reach the turnoff for the R263 towards Slieve League. Follow the R263 for about 7 km, and then take a right turn onto the local road that leads to the Sliabh Liag parking area. Be sure to look for the signs that indicate the way to the Sliabh Liag cliffs. There is a parking fee, typically around €5, which you can pay at the machine on site.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Donegal Town to Killybegs. Bus Eireann operates services on this route. Once you arrive in Killybegs, you will need to take a taxi to Sliabh Liag, as there is no direct public transport to the cliffs. Taxis may cost around €15-€20 for the short trip. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
