Bus
From Sligo town centre, head to the Sligo Bus Station located on Quay Street. Take the bus to Grange, which runs regularly. Upon arrival at Grange, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 3.5 km to Raghly Cliff Walk. Head west on the R267 road towards Raghly. Follow the road signs towards Raghly village. As you approach Raghly, continue towards the coast, and you will find the entrance to the cliff walk nearby.
Walking
If you're already in Sligo town and prefer walking, you can take a scenic route. Start at Sligo Abbey and head towards the River Garavogue. Walk along the river until you reach the Quayside. Continue walking along the coast towards Raghly. This is a longer trek, approximately 8 km, and will take around 2 hours. Make sure to follow the coastal path signs leading you towards Raghly, which will direct you to the cliff walk.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Sligo town. Start from the town centre and cycle towards the R267 road heading to Grange. Continue along the R267, which will lead you directly to Raghly. The total distance is around 8 km, and it will take approximately 25-30 minutes to bike there, depending on your speed. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
